The Supervisory Board of the Center undertakes general governance and oversight of the Center. The current members of the Supervisory Board were appointed by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 20, 2022, № 3268, as follows:

Shahin Aliyev – rector of Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice
Humay Afandiyeva – a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Khalid Gasimli – head of the Department of the Law and Legislation of the Administration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Farid Hajiyev – head of the Administration of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan
